Purchase & delivery

How does purchase work? +

Pick a pack or configure your own, pay via Stripe (card or SEPA), receive your file by email in less than 60 seconds.

What's the delivery format? +

You receive a ZIP containing 3 files: an XLSX (Excel/LibreOffice), a UTF-8 CSV (Mailchimp, Brevo, Mailjet) and a printable PDF with clickable emails, phones and websites (best opened in Chrome or Adobe Acrobat). Each contact includes name, email, phone, website, city, postal code, segment, and source.

How long to receive my pack? +

Less than 60 seconds after Stripe payment confirmation.

How long can I re-download? +

The download link is valid for 7 days and allows 5 downloads.

Can I create a customer account? +

Not in Phase 1 — each purchase is tied to your email. In Phase 2, a subscriber portal will be offered.

Data quality

Are your emails really verified? +

Yes. All our sources are governmental (data.education.gouv.fr, CNSA, IPA, etc.) or official public open data. 100% of delivered records contain an email verified at MX/DNS level (the domain actually accepts mail).

How to check quality before buying? +

On each pack page, you see in real time the exact % of emails, phones, websites and postal addresses available. Calculated directly from the database, no hidden promises.

Are contacts up to date? +

Our database is updated May 2026. New quarterly updates planned.

Are there duplicates? +

Our database is deduplicated on the name + postal code combination. Residual duplicates < 1%.

GDPR & compliance

Is it legal to send emails to these contacts? +

Yes. Legal basis: legitimate B2B interest for B2B commercial prospecting in France and EU. Each recipient retains a right of objection that you must respect.

How to comply with GDPR in my sendings? +

1) Clearly identify your identity and commercial purpose, 2) include a functional opt-out link in every email, 3) immediately remove contacts who unsubscribe.

Do you have a DPO? +

How to exercise right of objection (contact side)? +

If you appear in our database and wish not to be contacted anymore, write to dpo@livecontact.fr with your professional email. Removal within 7 days.

Configurator & custom packs

How does the configurator work? +

Pick a segment, a country, and optionally a region. The number of contacts and price display in real time.

What's the per-contact price? +

Degressive pricing: €0.08/contact (≤500), €0.06/contact (500-2000), €0.04/contact (≥2000). Floor €29, ceiling €599.

Can I have a truly custom pack? +

Beyond 10,000 contacts or for complex combinations, contact us at contact@livecontact.fr for a personalized quote.

Payment & refund

What payment methods? +

Credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex) and SEPA via Stripe.

Can I get an invoice? +

A PDF invoice is automatically attached to the delivery email. You can also request a copy at contact@livecontact.fr.

Are you VAT-registered? +

No. LiveContact is under French VAT exemption (art. 293 B CGI, sole proprietor status). Displayed prices are final, what you pay. No VAT is charged or recoverable.

Refund policy? +

As data is digital and delivered immediately, no refund after delivery (article L221-28 French Consumer Code). To avoid disappointment, we display real coverage % before purchase and offer a free 20-contact test. You know exactly what you're buying.
