Transparency

Methodology
and data quality

Our B2B contacts come from official public sources. Here's exactly how.

Where do contacts come from?

We aggregate only official public sources: French government portals (data.gouv.fr, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Education, CNSA…), Italian regional portals (Lombardia, Piemonte, Toscana, Sicilia…) and OpenStreetMap.

No paid directories. No scraping of private sites. No purchased lists. All data comes from institutions that publish their official directory (town halls, nursing homes, schools, festivals, etc.) as part of their transparency obligations.

Each delivered contact includes the source name in the "Source" column of the file — you can verify yourself.

"Transparency is not a marketing argument.
It's our only guarantee."

What we guarantee about quality

Before each delivery, your pack goes through automatic checks:

  • · 100% valid emails in format (no typos, no broken addresses)
  • · No "noreply" or "test" emails — only real contact inboxes
  • · No opposed addresses via /opt-out (automatic filter)
  • · No duplicates — one email = one record

Filter details are available in the "Read-me" tab of every delivered file.

Limitations and honest disclaimer

LiveContact does not guarantee:

  • 100% email deliverability at a moment T (SMTP servers can reject occasionally, structures close, addresses change)
  • A specific named contact behind each address (most are generic: contact@, info@, mairie@)
  • Your campaign response rate (depends on your offer, targeting, creative, timing)

LiveContact guarantees:

  • 100% valid emails per our filters at delivery time
  • Traceable origin (Source column in each file)
  • Documented collection date
  • No GDPR-opposed email will be delivered
  • Pre-purchase transparency: real coverage % displayed in real time on each pack

B2B use only

Our contacts are exclusively legal entities: companies, associations, administrations. No sensitive personal data (health, opinions, religion) is processed.

Legal basis for processing: B2B legitimate interest (article 6.1.f GDPR), documented in our processing registry.

When you use our packs, you become a data controller in turn and must comply with the following obligations:

  • · Clearly identify your identity and commercial purpose in every email
  • · Include a functional opt-out link in every sending
  • · Immediately remove contacts who oppose
  • · Do not resell, transfer, or share data with third parties

Right of objection

If you appear in our database and no longer wish to appear in our packs, you can exercise your right of objection directly and free of charge.

Immediate effect. All future packs will automatically exclude your address. Maximum processing time: 7 business days.
