In summary: Emails in our packs are collected under B2B legitimate interest legal basis, only from official public sources. Any identified person can request the deletion of their data at dpo@livecontact.fr with effect within 7 days.

Legal basis

The processing of data contained in our B2B packs relies on the legitimate interest legal basis (article 6.1.f GDPR) for the purpose of B2B commercial prospecting. This legal basis is documented in our processing registry and has been subject to an impact assessment (DPIA).

Data sources

All our data comes exclusively from official public sources or open data:

  • French governmental portals: data.gouv.fr, data.culture.gouv.fr, data.education.gouv.fr, api-lannuaire.service-public.fr
  • Caisse Nationale de Solidarité pour l'Autonomie (CNSA) — official nursing home, SAAD, SSIAD directories
  • IPA Indicepa.gov.it — Italian PA official index
  • Italian regional open data portals (Lombardia, Piemonte, Toscana, Puglia, Sicilia, Marche, etc.)
  • OpenStreetMap (ODbL license)
  • Public sitemaps of French Tourism Offices (Apidae)

Categories of processed data

  • Professional identity: structure name, legal denomination, SIRET
  • B2B contact info: generic email, phone, website, postal address
  • Metadata: business segment, source, collection date

No sensitive data (health, political opinions, religion, etc.) is processed.

Your rights

In accordance with articles 15-22 GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access — obtain confirmation that your data is processed and receive a copy
  • Right of rectification — correct inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Right to object — refuse that your data be processed for prospecting purposes
  • Right to restriction — request suspension of processing
  • Right to portability — receive your data in a structured format

Data retention

Customer data (buyers) is kept for the legal retention period of accounting documents (10 years). B2B pack data is updated quarterly; contacts who have opposed processing are removed within 7 days and permanently excluded.

Transfers outside the EU

No personal data is transferred outside the EU. Our servers are hosted in Germany (Hetzner). Payment transits via Stripe (EU).

Cookies and analytics

The Site uses a privacy-respecting analytics tool (Plausible/Umami) without tracking cookies. No personal data is shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Complaint

In case of dispute, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority): cnil.fr. EU citizens can also contact their national data protection authority.
